如果贵客户是外资企业或外资公司合作伙伴，且正在有意在越南设立代表处，但尚不清楚相关程序及所需事务，您可以将这些工作交给我们来为您处理，以便快速解决问题，并避免在办理过程中出现错误。
设立条件
外国商人满足以下条件时，可以获得在越南设立代表处的许可：
- 外国商人所在国或地区（以下简称国家）根据其法律，已被确认合法注册或成立。
- 自该商人所在国注册成立或合法注册以来，已经运营不低于2年。
- 外国代表处的设立许可颁发机关为省、市的工贸局，负责颁发、更新、修改、补充、延长及撤销外国代表处设立许可。
服务流程
国法公司将按照以下流程为贵客户提供咨询和指导：

步骤 1：准备所需文件/ Step 1: Prepare the necessary documents
内容：国法公司将向贵客户提供需要提交的文件清单（如下所示）。在提供过程中，如果贵客户有任何疑问，欢迎通过电子邮件或电话联系我们，我们将直接提供指导。
National Law Consultancy Company will send you the list of documents that you need to provide (according to the list below). In the process of providing, if you have any questions, please contact us via email and phone in order that we can consult directly for these proceduces.
步骤 2：编制相关文件 / Step 2: Set the relevant documents.
内容：在收到贵客户提供的文件后，国法公司将根据相关规定完成所需的文件。
After receiving the documents that you provided, the National Law Consultancy Company will complete directly the necessary documents.
步骤 3：将文件发送给贵客户进行检查并在所有文件上签字/ Step 3: Proceed to send all documents in order that you can check and sign carefully on them.
步骤 4：代表贵客户提交文件并处理相关手续，直到获得批准的注册证书/ Step 4: On behalf of customers submission and settlement documents until you are granted certificates.
所需文件
请贵客户提供以下文件：/ Clients should provide these documents:
1). 外国商人营业执照或等效文件的公证认证（经营不低于2年），并由外国商人注册地的主管部门确认。如果外国商人的营业执照或等效文件中有规定营业期限，该期限必须至少剩余1年。
Copy of foreign company's Business Registration Certificate (BRC) or other equivalent document (its operation must be more than one year) and notarized by competent authority of the nation thereof. In case that the BRC or other equivalent document has a fixed term, the remaining validity must be one year or more. This document must be consular legalized.
2). 最近一年审计财务报表的公证认证。
Financial statement (Audited). This document must be consular legalized.
3).外国公司营业章程/成立备忘录的公证认证。
Copy of regulation (Charter) of foreign economic organization.
4). 租赁办公地点的法律文件复印件（租赁合同及相关文件）。
Office rental agreement for RO. This document must be Notarized if the office is a private house.
5). 不超过3个月的公证身份证明复印件或负责人护照复印件。
Copy (Notarized, 3 months before the date of submission) of ID card or Passport of the head of RO.
*** 注意：所有来自国外的文件必须依法进行领事认证并翻译成法定语言。. Note: These documents from oversea must be consular legalized and translate into Vietnam
