要在胡志明市（越南）工作，外国劳动者必须获得工作许可证。胡志明市劳动、伤残军人和社会事务局将在胡志明市人民委员会书面批准的基础上签发工作许可证。因此，我们将为您提供咨询、支持或代表您按照以下流程办理工作许可证申请手续：

In order to work in Ho Chi Minh City – Vietnam, foreign employee must be granted Work Permit. The Department of Labors, War Invalids and Social Affairs of ho Chi Minh City will issue Work Permit based on written approval of People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City. As such, the National Law Consultancy Company will advise, support/on behalf of you to implement procedures for obtaining Work Permit under the following procedures:

第1步：准备必要的申请材料 /Step 1: Prepare necessary documents

国律公司将向您提供所需提交的文件和资料清单（根据第 I 部分——所需材料清单）。

National Law Consultancy Company will send you the list of documents that you need to provide (according to the list in Section I – Required Documents below).

第2步：整理和准备相关申请材料 /Step 2: Prepare relevant documents

在收到您提供的完整、合法的申请材料后，国律公司将根据越南法律规定，代表您完善剩余的申请文件。

After receiving the full and valid documents that you provided, the National Law Consultancy Company will for and on behalf of you to directly complete the remaining documents in accordance with laws.

第3步：返还申请材料供客户审核并签署文件/Step 3: Send all documents for your review and signature.

第4步：代表客户直接提交申请材料并与审批机构对接，直至获得工作许可证 /Step 4: On behalf of you to submit dossiers and liaise with licensing bodies until obtaining Work Permit.

I. 所需申请材料/REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

请您准备并提供以下申请材料和文件 / Please kindly prepare and provide us documents as follows:

营业执照副本、投资许可证或外国公司在越南代表处的营业许可副本 /Business Registration Certificate or Investment Certificate or RO Certificate (true copy);
劳动者所在国家和越南签发的无犯罪记录证明，有效期为自签发之日起6个月内/Criminal Record within 6 months as from the date of issuance (in national foreign employee and Vietnam);
大学毕业证或同等学历证书。/University Degree or equivalent;
国外工作经验证明（3年以上/ Letter of Confirmed Experience in oversea (over 3 years);
胡志明市医院出具的健康检查证明，签发日期需在6个月以内。/Health Certificate within 6 months as from the date of issuance; (From Hospital In HCMC)
护照（需在预计提交申请之日仍有效至少6个月）。/Passport (valid for a period of 6 months until the expected date of submission); và/and
4张符合国际标准的4x6厘米证件照片。/04 (four) photo size 4x6 under international standard (bareheaded, frontal view, showing the face and ears clearly, without glasses and a white background).

***注意事项： 所有在越南境外签发的文件必须在领事认证后3个月内有效，并按照规定翻译成越南语。在提交申请材料过程中，如有任何疑问或需求，请通过电子邮件或电话联系我们，我们将为您提供直接咨询和指导。

***Note: All documents which are issued outside Vietnam must be notarized and legalized within 3 months as from the date of notarization and legalization and must be translated into Vietnamese in accordance with laws. During the process of providing documents, if you have any question or requirement, please kindly contact us via email, phone in order that we can advise and support you.

II. 办理时间/TIME-LIMIT

根据法律规定，续签申请的办理时间为提交完整有效的申请材料之日起 25 个工作日。

Time-limit for extend procedures as mentioned above is 25 working days in accordance with laws as from the date of submitting full and valid documents

III.服务费用/SERVICE FEE: 10.000.000 VND/ employee

* 注意事项:

上述费用已包含至工作许可证签发时产生的所有政府规费。/This fee includes all state fees incurre to date of license;
上述费用不包含申请材料的翻译费用（如需翻译）。/This fee does not include fee of translation documents;
上述费用不包含 10% 增值税 (VAT)。/ This fee does not include 10% VAT
